Wow! This is how it looks when an air rescue operation goes terribly wrong. The emergency services in Phoenix, Arizona got alerted after a hiker in his 70s got injured. The air rescue helicopter responded and lifted him to the nearest hospital.

It was shortly after the helicopter rotated off the site when the stretcher, attached to a line hanging off the chopper started spinning. It got so bad that it seems it was about to match the RPM of the actual main rotor blades.
